He did it again.. Another race, another world record. This past weekend, Usain Bolt raised the bar again as he won the 100m dash at the IAAF T&F Trials in Germany in a hasty time of 9.58 seconds.
I was at the Olympics last year when Bolt shocked the world and coasted to the finish line and still set a world record then with a 9.69 time.
At 6'5, Bolt towers over the competition and his long strides make it hard for anyone to keep up once he reaches top speed. Apparently running the 100m dash in 9.58 seconds is equivalent to running 30MPH...Wow. The man is fast...like lightning. I can't think of a more appropriate last name for a sprinter as fast as he.
