Earlier this week Tiger Woods made a solid return to professional golf after an 8 month hiatus. Let's not forget the extraordinary performance Woods put on last summer at the 2008 U.S. Open, mowing down the competition and defeating Rocco Mediate in a playoff.
It was a busy 8 months for Tiger, rehabilitating his surgically repaired knee along with the birth of his second child, Charlie. Earlier this week Woods was defeated by Tim Clark in the WGC-Accenture Match Play tournament in Arizona. Tim Clark is currently ranked 33rd in the world.
I saw this commercial on TV a little while ago. The celebration and music end when Tiger walks back into the locker room and all the other players realize it's back to business as usual...time for more Tiger domination. Now, I know that this was a hypothetical situation, but I can't help but wonder if the players on the tour can foresee what's about to happen now that the Tiger is healthy and back on the prowl...
